Every JTP Prints fine art print is printed to order and carefully prepared before being sent to you. Your print is signed by me and presented with a carefully considered white border, then protected and packaged flat to help ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail using a tracked delivery service. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Dispatch Times
Fine art prints are produced to order, so please allow 3 to 5 working days for your print to be prepared and dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation with tracking information.
Royal Mail delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on the service and circumstances outside of JTP Prints’ control.
How Your Fine Art Print Arrives
Your print will be:

- Packaged flat rather than rolled
- Sent in suitable protective packaging

Something gone wrong?
Although every fine art print is carefully packaged, occasionally things can happen during delivery.
If your print arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and print, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
