1. The Giveaway
This giveaway is being run by JTP Prints to celebrate the launch of the JTP Prints fine art photography collection.
There are four prizes available to be won:
- One A3+ fine art print, chosen by the winner from the available JTP Prints collection.
- One A4 fine art print, chosen by the winner from the available JTP Prints collection.
- Two A4 fine art prints, selected by JTP Prints.
There are therefore four winners in total.
The prizes are supplied with postage and packaging included.
2. Who Can Enter
The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
Entrants must provide a valid UK delivery address in order to receive a prize.
There is no purchase necessary to enter.
3. How to Enter
Entrants can collect tickets by completing the following actions on the JTP Prints Instagram giveaway post:
- Follow @JTPFineArtPrints on Instagram, +1 ticket.
- Like the giveaway post, +1 ticket.
- Tag a friend in the comments, +1 ticket.
This provides a maximum of three tickets through the Instagram entry actions.
Entrants may also subscribe to the JTP Prints mailing list. Entrants who subscribe to the mailing list will receive double their total number of tickets.
For example, an entrant completing all three Instagram actions will have three tickets. If that entrant also subscribes to the JTP Prints mailing list, their total will become six tickets.
Each action must be genuine and completed by the entrant. JTP Prints reserves the right to disregard entries that appear to be fraudulent, automated, duplicated or otherwise invalid.
4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway is intended to run until the official launch of the JTP Prints website and fine art collection.
The current target is for the collection to launch in September 2026.
Entries will close when the JTP Prints website and collection officially go live. The actual closing date and time will be communicated through the JTP Prints Instagram account and website.
Any entries submitted after the stated closing time will not be included in the draw.
5. Selecting the Winners
The four winners will be selected at random from all valid tickets received during the giveaway period.
The draw will be conducted after entries have closed.
The random selection process will be recorded privately by JTP Prints for the purpose of retaining evidence that the draw was conducted fairly and at random.
JTP Prints reserves the right to verify the validity of a winning entry before awarding a prize.
6. Contacting the Winners
Winners will be contacted using the email address associated with their entry where available, and the winners will also be announced through the JTP Prints Instagram account.
Winners may be asked to provide their name and UK delivery address in order for their prize to be sent.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not provide the required information, or is found not to have complied with these Terms & Conditions, JTP Prints reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
7. Choosing the Prizes
The winner of the A3+ prize and the winner of the A4 winner’s choice prize may select their print from the available JTP Prints collection, subject to availability.
The two additional A4 prizes will be selected by JTP Prints.
Prints will be produced using the JTP Prints fine art printing process and supplied unframed.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
8. Delivery
Postage and packaging within the UK is included with all four prizes.
JTP Prints will arrange delivery of the prizes to the UK address supplied by each winner.
9. Instagram
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, participants release Instagram from responsibility in relation to the giveaway.
10. General
JTP Prints reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or has been made dishonestly or fraudulently.
JTP Prints reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
Any amendment will not unfairly disadvantage entrants who have already participated.
By entering the giveaway, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
11. Personal Information
Personal information provided when entering the giveaway will be handled in accordance with the JTP Prints Privacy Policy.
Where an entrant chooses to subscribe to the JTP Prints mailing list, their email address will be used to provide the communications described at the point of subscription. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
